While temperatures have been below normal during the first week of April, our spring wildflowers continue to bloom. Hasn’t our cold and wet spring felt like a continuation of our mild winter? Even so, our native woodland wildflowers are in now in bloom across the state, including northern Ohio.
We made it to April! Unfortunately, temperatures for this weekend and next week will remain quite low across the state, with a chance of snow in the forecast for northern Ohio. Our long, steady wildflower season will continue, but blooms will be quite slow to open next week with sunny days few and far between.
